Frühlingssonne – die tut uns gerade in Zeiten wie dieser gut. Ihr kennt den Cocktail vermutlich mit Lillet oder Wodka, heute gibt es ihn mal mit Gin und Erdbeeren – passt auch zur Saison. Meine eingepflanzten Erdbeeren wachsen prächtig und ich bin schon gespannt auf die Ernte. Zur Frühlingssonne gibt es von mir ein neues, frühlingshaft-frisches Cocktailrezept für euch.
Ihr benötigt folgende Zutaten pro Glas
- 2 cl Gin
- 2 Erdbeeren
- Saft von 1/2 Limette
- 150ml Wild Berry von Schweppes
- Limettenscheibe
- Eiswürfel
Ich habe die klein geschnittenen Erdbeeren vorher in Gin eingelegt, damit es einfach noch besser schmeckt. Erdbeeren und 2cl Gin in ein Glas füllen. Dazu den frisch gepressten Limettensaft geben und einmal durchrühren. Mit Eiswürfel und Wild Berry auffüllen.

Spring sunshine – this is good for us especially in times like this. You probably know the cocktail with lillet or vodka, today it is available with gin and strawberries – also suitable for the season. My planted strawberries are growing splendidly and I am already looking forward to the harvest. For the spring sun, I have a new, spring-like, fresh cocktail recipe for you.
You need the following ingredients per glass
2 cl gin
2 strawberries
Juice of 1/2 lime
150ml wild berry from Schweppes
Lime slice
Ice cubes
I put the chopped strawberries in gin beforehand to make it taste even better. Pour strawberries and 2cl gin into a glass. Add the freshly squeezed lime juice and stir once. Top up with ice cubes and wild berry.
